OUR ESSENCE + TURNAROUND TIME
All of our pieces are brought to life after your order is placed by Tessa herself. We use carefully curated salvaged upholstery and drapery fabrics in limited runs, which means in most cases when the fabric runs out, it cannot be restocked. Each piece is cut and sewn by Tessa on her machine, then finished off with heirloom quality handwork. We pride ourselves on a "quicker than expected" turnaround time given the custom, handmade nature and quality of our garments, ranging anywhere from 1-3 weeks to make and ship, depending on volume and time of purchase. Please note, our tight & tiny ship is run on a weekday basis out of our home studio. If you would like to inquire about the timeliness of an order for an upcoming event or international shipping, we will happily provide an estimated shipping or delivery date. Our garments are intended to be cherished as an heirloom, with the same quality and maker of the very pieces that inspired this operation.

NEW! We are thrilled to now offer our first ever Ready-to-Wear collection! Crafted locally in Nashville, TN from reclaimed upholstery fabrics, these pieces maintain the same beloved design of our signature made-to-order puff and cupcake dresses. The only change is that the inside bodice construction of the puff styles are machine-tacked instead of hand-sewn, allowing us to offer them ready to ship by size in limited batches! RTW estimated turnaround time is 1-3 days (before shipping).
RETURN + CANCELLATION
POLICY
Cancellation requests made outside of the 24 hour timeframe since the order was placed will not be accepted. This also applies if we have already begun cutting & sewing the order.
Please note: All made-to-order, custom, bridal, samples, rush, international, and sale items are final sale!
Only eligible Ready-to-Wear items can be exchanged for a different size (if available) or returned. You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. Because of our limited inventory and space, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Returns must be unused, with tags still attached in original packaging. Once return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for your partial refund to go through.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Any hiccups must be resolved between the customer and carrier. We recommend shipping your return using a trackable and/or insured method.

If you're in a hurry, we might be able to expedite your order. Please contact us at orders@tessafay.com if you need a faster turnaround, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. In some cases, a rush fee may apply.
MADE TO ORDER
Most of our pieces are made to order, meaning we create it specifically for you after your order is placed, and it is not kept in stock. Please select the size that best aligns with your measurements. If you need any assistance with sizing, don't hesitate to contact us at orders@tessafay.com. Please note that while each piece is carefully crafted, it is not custom-fitted to your exact measurements, so a perfect fit upon arrival cannot be guaranteed. We do however, offer custom-length &/or bust options for no additional charge depending on listing. For an ideal fit, we recommend consulting a seamstress or tailor. In some cases, we may be able to alter in-house subject to an additional charge.
